My Teaching Philosophy
For me, science provides a fascinating perspective from which to view the world. As a neuroscientist and an educator, I seek to enable students to learn and apply principles of science in order to expand their knowledge of the natural world, particularly the brain. To enable students to explore and apply their personal scientific interests, I strive to empower students to grow as scientific thinkers and strong communicators through biology and neuroscience.
